how to get the coordinates of modified area using vnchooks.dll

iam using vnchooks.dll in my application .. i want the coordinates of
modified area of the PC screen .. iam taking coordinates from WM_PAINT
mesage and iam not getting the right coordinates .. where can i get
the right coordinates ? ?

In the latest version of VNC Server, vnchooks.dll is used as
"screenhooks.dll" ..
the source code of screenhooks.dll is taken from http://www.tightvnc.com/
